About Michel Traffic Services
I have experience with many kinds of clients.
While employed by a major supplier of traffic software for seven years, I:
- Provided customer support for Visual Traffic, DeltaFlex and other products;
- Recorded online training and conducted live training classes;
- Handled Spanish speaking clients; and
- Authored a monthly E-Newsletter distributed to over 4000 clients.
I started my own Traffic Services business in 2007.
